White chocolate salties

Yield: 1 lbs

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds White chocolate
2 tablespoons Shortening
3 cups Pretzels sticks
1 cup Salted Spanish Peanuts

Combine chocolate and shortening in top of a double boiler; bring water to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until chocolate melts.

Pour chocolate mixture into a large mixing bowl. Stir in Pretzels and peanuts and spread into a buttered 15x10x1 in jelly roll pan.

Chill 20 minutes or untilfirm.

Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container. Yields 1½ lbs. Submitted By SUE TOLENE On 09-28-95
