White bread (and variations)

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
2½ cup Bread flour
4 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Nonfat milk powder
4 teaspoons Applesauce; unsweetened (see note)
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
325 ccs Water

Recipe By: Reggie Dwork. Put all ingredients into pan in order given. Use the nonfat milk as powder - do not reconstitute. I select the thin crust and start the machine.

NOTE: I use applesauce to reduce the fat content. Standard recipe uses 4 tsp butter or margarine.
