Western barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup White vinegar
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
2 tablespoons Ancho chile powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and use to baste beef tenderloin. The recipe yields approximately 2 cups of sauce.
