1 cup | Water [80 deg] |
1 tablespoon | Veg oil |
2 tablespoons | Molasses |
¼ cup | Dijon mustard |
1¾ cup | All purpose flour |
¾ cup | Whole wheat flour |
¾ cup | Medium rye flour |
1 teaspoon | Instant coffee |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
Add water, oil, molasses and mustard to the bread pan. Add flours, coffee and salt to the pan. Level the dry ingredients. Make a small well and add the yeast. Program the machine for basic mode not whole wheat.
