West bend dijon rye bread [abm]

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water [80 deg]
1 tablespoon Veg oil
2 tablespoons Molasses
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1¾ cup All purpose flour
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
¾ cup Medium rye flour
1 teaspoon Instant coffee
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Add water, oil, molasses and mustard to the bread pan. Add flours, coffee and salt to the pan. Level the dry ingredients. Make a small well and add the yeast. Program the machine for basic mode not whole wheat.
