Weissgerber's third street pier coleslaw

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Head green cabbage; finely shredded
1 \N Carrot; shredded
1¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon White vinegar
1 cup Mayonnaise
