Watkins, pasta with zucchini and fresh tomatoes

Measure Ingredient
4 smalls Zucchini -- halved then
\N \N Sliced
\N \N (about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons WATKINS Garlic Liquid Spice
2 cups Thinly sliced onions
3 larges Tomatoes -- coarsely
\N \N Chopped
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon WATKINS Basil Liquid Spice
1½ teaspoon WATKINS Parsley
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon WATKINS red pepper flakes
6 cups Hot cooked ziti pasta
\N \N (about 12 ounces dry)
\N \N WATKINS garlic and chives
\N \N Seasoning -- as desired

In small bowl, combine zucchini and lemon juice;toss well. In a large skillet, with a cover, heat Garlic Liquid Spice over medium heat. Stir in zucchini and onion;saute' 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, and next 5 ingredients;bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with Garlic and Chives Seasoning.
