3 tablespoons | Fresh ginger root; pureed, or more to taste |
2 tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |

\N \N | Sugar; to taste |
\N \N | Crushed ice; to serve |
Cut the watermelon in wedges, remove and discard the rind and seeds. Blend the flesh in a food processor with the ginger and lime juice. Add water if the mixture is too thick. Add extra sugar, if needed. Serve over crushed ice.
