Warm vegetable seafood dip

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Envelope dried vegetable
\N \N Soup mix
1 \N Container (15-oz) ricotta
\N \N Cheese
1 pack (3-oz) softened cream
\N \N Cheese
6 ounces Imitation crab meat/cooked
\N \N Shrimp/frozen crab meat
\N \N Thawed
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
\N \N Assorted crackers/bread
\N \N Sticks/pita bread/chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, cheeses, seafood and lemon juice. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with dippers. MICROWAVE: In 1 quart microwave-safe casserole, combine soup mix, cheeses and lemon juice. Microwave, uncovered, at medium 3 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in crabmeat.

Microwave at medium for 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
