2½ cup All-purpose flour; sifted
3 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Eggs; separated
2 cups Milk
½ cup Pecans; chopped

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, egg yolks & milk. Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into above mixture. Pour into heated waffle iron. Close & bake until steaming stops, about 4-6 minutes. Yields 8 servings. Recipe may be halved. Batter will not keep.
