|½ cup||Minced onion|
|¼ cup||Minced bell pepper|
|2||Garlic cloves; minced or garlic|
|1 cup||Canned tomatoes; (juice and all)|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
Fry bacon. Remove and cook vegetables until tender. Add flour, sugar, salt, pepper and tomatoes. Add cooked and drained beans and pour in casserole.
Place bacon on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. You can also use a package of dried butter beans.
