very "unfrench" french toast

MeasureIngredient
6 slices Non-fat sourdough bread
1 cup Egg Beaters
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Vanilla
1 pint Fresh strawberries
½ cup Unsweetened natural apple juice
  Pam spray

Combine all ingredients - except bread and Pam in a shallow bowl.

Dip each bread slice in Egg Beaters until coated evenly. Set aside.

Spray pan with Pam and heat on medium heat. Place 2 slices of bread in pan at a time and cook until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, wash and hull strawberries. Blend berries with apple juice until pureed. Pour over toast and serve immediately.
