Vegetarian chocolate cake (courtesy of kathy kuehn)

Yield: 1 Cake

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
5 tablespoons Cooking oil
½ tablespoon Vinegar (or less, the recipe calls for 1.0, but I cut it back)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Cold water

IN A 9X9 BAKING PAN, MIX

WHEN THAT IS MIXED, ADD

Mix this *well*. If you don't, you will get pockets of vinegar (yuck) Bake @ 350 F for about 30 minutes (or until done) This is a very quick, no animal product chocolate cake. It keeps well too.
