Yield: 1 Cake
Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Flour |
3 tablespoons | Cocoa |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 cup | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
5 tablespoons | Cooking oil |
½ tablespoon | Vinegar (or less, the recipe calls for 1.0, but I cut it back) |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 cup | Cold water |
IN A 9X9 BAKING PAN, MIX
WHEN THAT IS MIXED, ADD
Mix this *well*. If you don't, you will get pockets of vinegar (yuck) Bake @ 350 F for about 30 minutes (or until done) This is a very quick, no animal product chocolate cake. It keeps well too.
