|1½ cup||Couscous, uncooked|
|2 cups||Boiling Water|
|1 can||(8 Oz) Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained|
|1 medium||Tomato, chopped and seeded|
|½ cup||Pesto Sauce|
|3 tablespoons||Lemon Juice|
|2||Green Onion, thinly sliced|
|1 can||(15 Oz) Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained|
|4 cups||Broccoli Spears, cooked|
Place couscous in medium bowl. Add boiling water and salt; stir well. Cover and let stand 5-7 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir in remaining ingredients except broccoli. Serve over broccoli.
