|2 pounds||Ground veal shoulder|
|½ pounds||Sausage or fresh pork|
|2 teaspoons||Minced parsley|
|½ cup||Dry bread crumbs|
|¼ cup||Hot milk|
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
Place in a loaf pan and bake at 35o degrees for 1½ hours.
Brush occasionally with bacon drippings.
