| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 pounds | Veal steak 3/4 inch thick |
| 3 teaspoons | Fat |
| 1 | Onion |
| ½ cup | Flour |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 cups | Sour cream |
Cut veal into serving pieces.
Rub with salt and pepper and roll in flour Brown on both sides in hot fat. Place in a roasting pan or casserole and cover with sour cream.
Slice onion in very thin slices and lay on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours.
