|½ pounds||Bacon, cut in small pieces|
|1 cup||Onion, minced|
|1 can||No.3 can sauerkraut|
Fry the bacon, add onion and brown slightly. Squeeze excess water from sauerkraut and add to bacon & onion. Add water and let simmer until all water has evaporated. Be sure not to let it scorch pan.
