|1||Vanilla bean, split lengthwise|
|2 cups||Confectioner's sugar|
Place vanilla bean in a tall glass jar and add sugar. Cover and let stand at least 24 hours.
NOTES : Vanilla bean will infuse sugar up to several months. Yield: 2 cups.
