|400 grams||Peeled green prawns|
|1 small||Piec ginger; sliced|
|100 grams||Snow peas|
|3||Stalks spring onion|
|3 packs||Trident Udon Noodles|
|2 tablespoons||Vegetable oil|
|6 tablespoons||Trident Oyster Sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Trident Sesame Oil|
|2 tablespoons||Soy Sauce|
Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
Simply add noodles and sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is almost dry. Serve immediately.
NOTES : Ready in 10 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.
