Measure Ingredient
1 cup Plain yoghurt
¼ cup Finely shredded cucumber; peeled

2 teaspoons Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Yields: 1¼ cups.
