Tzatziki (yoghurt garlic sauce)

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Tzatziki (Yoghurt Garlic Sauce)
1 cup Yogurt (thick)
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Thin sliced cucumber slices, drained
1 each Clove garlic
3 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Vinegar

Add minced garlic to yogurt and work in salt, vinegar and oil, working well until well blended. Add sliced cucumbers and mix well.

Serve over fried zucchini squash. A very cool and refreshing treat.

More or less garlic, salt and vinegar can be added to suit your taste. Can also be used as a tossed salad dressing.
