Two berry crisp

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Kretschmer¨ Wheat Germ; any flavor
⅓ cup All-purpose flour; divided
⅓ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter; chilled, cut into pieces
6 cups Sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup Fresh or frozen; (do not thaw) blueberries
\N 6 SERVINGS

1.Heat oven to 375¡F. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray.

2.In medium bowl, combine wheat germ, ¼ cup flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in margarine with fork until mixture is crumbly; set aside.

3.In large bowl, combine fruit and remaining 4 teaspoons flour, tossing to coat evenly. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with reserved wheat germ mixture.

4.Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Serve warm with vanilla yogurt or ice cream, if desired.
