Turkey divan 2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (10-oz) of frozen broccoli spears
6 \N Thick slices cooked turkey
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Margarine, melted

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 12x8-inch baking dish (2 qt). Cook broccoli as directed on package until almost done (crisp-tender); drain. Arrange broccoli in prepared baking dish. Lay turkey slices on top.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and soup; pour over turkey. Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
