Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Onion -- large diced |
1½ \N | Bell Pepper -- diced |
¾ cup | Celery -- diced |
24 ounces | Stewed Tomatoes |
4½ teaspoon | Chili powder |
¾ teaspoon | Salt (to taste) |
4 cups | Turkey -- cooked & cut up |
6 cups | Rice -- cooked |
Put everything except rice in crockpot. Leave for most of the day.
Serve over cooked rice.
