turkey alfredo casserole

| Measure | Ingredient |

| 6 ounces | Fettuccine or medium noodles |
| 1 pack | Frozen cut broccoli |
| 3 tablespoons | Butter or margerine |
| 3 tablespoons | Flour |
| ½ teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2½ cup | Milk |
| 2½ cup | Chopped cooked turkey {or chicken} |
| ½ cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
Cook pasta until just tender. Drain and set aside. Run water over broccoli to seperate. For sauce: In large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, basil, and salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey, {or chicken}, parmesan cheese, and broccoli. Remove from heat. Add pasta and toss to coat. Turn turkey mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes more.
