| Measure | Ingredient |

| ¼ cup | Unsweetened flaked coconut |
| ¼ cup | Coarsely chopped unsalted peanuts |
All the fruit must be peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces. Combine with the orange juice and coconut. Add the peanuts right before serving. Garnish each portion with a dab of Banana Whipped Cream, if you like.
