| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 cups | Diced cooked chicken |
| 4 slices | Pineapple, diced |
| 2 | Bananas, diced |
| 1 cup | Chopped celery |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅓ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| Salad greens |
Toss all ingredients except salad greens. Refrigerate 1 hour until well chilled. Line bowl with greens. Spoon chicken salad on top and serve.
