Measure Ingredient
1 pack Corn tortillas
1 can Low fat refried beans
1 \N Bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese; (10-ounce)
1 \N Jar salsa
1 \N Wedge iceberg lettuce shredded
1 \N Red pepper sliced
1 \N Carrot sliced
1 \N Tomato chopped
1 \N Onion chopped
1 \N Lime
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 small Cont sour cream

Layer tortilla with beans, cheese, and dollop of salsa. Repeat layers two more times.

Heat in toaster oven 7 to 10 minutes.

Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and toss.

Top tortilla pie with salad and sour cream.
