| 8 ounces | Tortellini |
| 4½ ounce | Shiitakes |
| 1 teaspoon | Garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | Fresh herbs of your choice |
| ½ cup | White wine |
| ½ cup | Cream |
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Set aside. Saute shiiakes with garlic, fresh herbs, and white wine for 3 minutes. Slowly add cream and reduce to sauce. Add tortellini and heat to serve.
