| Measure | Ingredient |

| 4 cups | Cheese tortellini; cooked |
| 1½ cup | Italian sausage; cooked and sliced |
| ¼ cup | Fresh parmesan cheese; grated |
| 2 | Tomatoes; diced |
| 1 cup | Olive oil |
| ½ cup | Red wine vinegar |
| 3 tablespoons | Pesto |
| 3 | Cloves roasted garlic |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add to tortellini and sausage.
Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or chilled.
