tony's chicken meatballs and linguine

2 pounds Ground chicken
Eggs
8 ounces Italian breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan
2 tablespoons Milk
Cloves garlic - minced
  Salt and pepper
⅓ cup Olive oil
Cloves garlic - sliced
1 pounds Short ribs
¼ cup Red wine
28 oz. cans plum tomatoes with basil
¼ cup Fresh basil leaves
6 oz. cans tomato paste

MEATBALLS

SAUCE

Directions: Meatballs - Mix all ingredients well. Wet fingers to form balls.

Sauce - Brown garlic in olive oil in pan. Add meatballs and ribs until brown.

Combine all ingredients in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over cooked linguine.
