Put the chopped mango in a liquidizer and whizz until creamy smooth. Add the crushed cardamom, sugar, evaporated milk and cream. Blend for a few seconds. Turn into the mango skins and chill in the fridge for about an hour. Serve with a swirl of whipped cream on top.
