Tony blackburn's mango fool

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Peeled and chopped mango; (save the skins)
1 \N 10 ounces ti evaporated milk
8 \N Crushed cardamom seeds
3 \N Dsp sugar
1 cup Whipping cream

Put the chopped mango in a liquidizer and whizz until creamy smooth. Add the crushed cardamom, sugar, evaporated milk and cream. Blend for a few seconds. Turn into the mango skins and chill in the fridge for about an hour. Serve with a swirl of whipped cream on top.
