Tomato-poached fish fillets

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (14 oz.) frozen flounder or bluefish fillets, thawed
1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes
2 teaspoons Dillweed, dried
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 cup Breadcrumbs (4 slices bread)

Arrange fillets in single layer in 6 cup shallow baking dish.

Pour tomatoes over fish. Sprinkle with dillweed. Bake, uncovered, in 350øF oven for 15 minutes. In skillet, heat margarine; brown bread crumbs.
