| 30 larges | Ripe tomatoes |
| 4 larges | Onions |
| 6 larges | Pears |
| 6 larges | Peaches |
| 6 larges | Apples |
| 4 cups | Granulated sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | Salt |
| 1 pack | Mixed pickling spices, tied in cloth |
| 1 pint | Vinegar |
Peel and chop fine the tomatoes, omions, pears, peaches and apples.
Mix all ingredients and boil until thick. Pour into sterilized KERR jars and seal.
