|6 smalls||Cherry tomatoes, chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Finely chopped fresh coriander|
|1 tablespoon||Dry gin|
|½ teaspoon||Minced pickled jalapeno peppers|
|½ teaspoon||Grated lime rind|
|pinch||EACH, salt, pepper and sugar|
Im medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes. With slotted spoon, divide evenly among 8 mini tart shells, serve at once.
