2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh or frozen chives |

⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |

Cook shallot and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add wine, and cook until reduced by half.
Stir in tomato, chopped chives, and next 3 ingredients. Spoon over salmon or other fish and serve immediately. Garnish if desired. Makes about 1 cup.
