Tofu-fruit-milkshake

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Silken or soft tofu
1½ cup Skim milk; (or soy milk)
2 \N Bananas; sliced
\N \N (fresh or frozen)
½ cup Strawberries or other fresh fruit
\N \N (can also use loose-packed frozen fruit
\N \N With no added syrup)
½ cup Canned drained juice-packed peach slices
\N \N Sweetener of choice; (optional)

Makes 4 servings. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend a bit longer if the shake is too thick for your taste. Adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately.
