take head feet and haslet of pig:boil until done.Then cut up fine making sure to remove the bones.add black pepper salt and sage⅕ onions chopped fine,a lil red pepper,1 tsp mace,1 tsp cloves.Put it back in the same vessel with liquor and cook well then thicken with flour.Add 2 hardboiled eggs and one cup walnut catsup.
