Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Asparagus |
1 tablespoon | Vegetable or olive oil |
½ tablespoon | Lemon juice or Parmesan cheese |
Preheat oven to 450 or 475 degrees. Rinse asparagus, and break off woody ends where they snap naturally. Place in a metal baking/roasting pan.
Sprinkle with oil, toss in pan. Roast for 10 to 15 min. Sprinkle with lemon juice or Parmesan before serving.
