Chicken breast halves without skin
2 tablespoons Tiger Sauce
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Dill weed
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
½ cup Sun-dried tomatoes; slice with scissors
1 cup Broccoli florets; steamed
4 cups Elbow macaroni; cooked
