3 pounds Pork tenderloin cut lengthwi se into 5 or 6 strips
1 cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon "five spices"
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Sugar, granulated
2 teaspoons Cooking oil

Marinate the pork for 1 hour at room temperature. Charcoal broil until golden. The marinade can be refrigerated and reused, each time adding ¼ of the above spices Source: Vietnamese Dishes by Duong Thi Thanh Lien
