6 tablespoons | Thai tea |
\N \N | Sugar |
\N \N | Ice cubes |
\N \N | Half and half or sweetened condensed milk |
Bring water to boil. Add tea and steep 5 minutes. Strain and season to taste with sugar. Cool, then chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, place ice cubes in each of 6 tall glasses. Pour tea over ice, leaving room to add half and half to taste. Created by: Krung Tep Thai, Tarzana, Calif.
