Savor the flavor of favorite Thai restaurants at home with Thai Hot Supper Salad. Made without exotic specialty store ingredients, it's ready to enjoy in about 20 minutes.
Brown meat with garlic in 10" skillet; drain. Add Pace Picante Sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and ginger; cook and stir 4-5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly. Arrange combined lettuce and spinach on serving platter, placing tomatoes around edge; spoon hot meat mixture over greens. Sprinkle with peanuts, cilantro and green onions. Serve with additional Pace Picante Sauce. Makes 4 servings.
