|1 tablespoon||Vegetable oil|
|4||Pork chops, 1/2" thick|
|½ cup||Knorr Thai sauce|
|¼ cup||Peach or apricot jam|
|½||Red pepper, chopped|
|Chopped cliantro or parsley|
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides. In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir in red pepper. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until tender, turning chops occasionally.
Serve with rice and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
