Thai dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Red chilli shreds
½ cup Yellow chilli shreds
¼ cup Crushed garlic
2 tablespoons Pickled garlic, crushed with juice
1 tablespoon Chopped coriander root
¼ cup Fish sauce
½ cup Lime juice
2 tablespoons Palm sugar

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Can be stored indefinitely in a refigerator if kept in a sealed jar. Can be used as a dipping sauce and in a variety of Thai dishes.
