½ cup | Yellow chilli shreds |
¼ cup | Crushed garlic |
2 tablespoons | Pickled garlic, crushed with juice |
1 tablespoon | Chopped coriander root |
¼ cup | Fish sauce |
½ cup | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | Palm sugar |
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Can be stored indefinitely in a refigerator if kept in a sealed jar. Can be used as a dipping sauce and in a variety of Thai dishes.
