Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chicken, med.; cut up
¾ cup Peanut butter; chunky
½ teaspoon Oil; sesame
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced; fresh
⅛ cup Water; warm
1½ teaspoon Chili paste
1 teaspoon Honey
3 \N Scallions; chopped
⅛ cup Soy oil

Mix all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and water to finish. Brown chicken 10 minutes each side at 400 degrees. Coat with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
