Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Xtra Lean Boneless Pork, In 1\" Cubes | 
| 1 | pounds | Boneless Beef Chuck, Cut Into 1\" Cubes | 
| 1 | large | Green Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeded & Chopped | 
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced | 
| 28 | ounces | Canned Whole Tomatoes, Mashed | 
| 4 | ounces | Canned green chile peppers, drained, seeded & chopped | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Dried parsley flakes | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Cumin, ground | 
| 2 | Whole cloves | |
| ½ | cup | Beef broth | 
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. 
Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Adjust seasonings before serving.
