| 1 pounds | Boneless Beef Chuck, Cut Into 1" Cubes |
| 1 large | Green Bell Pepper, Cored, Seeded & Chopped |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, Minced |
| 28 ounces | Canned Whole Tomatoes, Mashed |
| 4 ounces | Canned green chile peppers, drained, seeded & chopped |
| 2 tablespoons | Dried parsley flakes |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | Cumin, ground |
| 2 | Whole cloves |
| ½ cup | Beef broth |
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly.
Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Adjust seasonings before serving.
