Measure | Ingredient |

¾ cup | Vegetable oil |
¼ cup | Soy sauce |
¼ cup | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Scallions or chives |
1 \N | Clove garlic, minced fine |
1½ teaspoon | Ground ginger |
Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate a flank steak for four hours, turning once. Grill over a charcoal fire. Slice thinly and serve.
