| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
Pound steaks with a meat mallet until thin Melt butter in a pan. Add steaks and sear on each side over high heat Remove steaks and keep warm To pan juices add garlic, salt, pepper parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Return steaks to the pan; baste and simmer for 2 minutes pour brandy over steaks; simmer 3 or 4 minutes. Remove steaks and serve immediately with Bearnaise Sauce (optional) Posted to MC-Recipe Digest by Gr8seeksM8@... on Feb 14, 1998
