Tea muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter; creamed
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Milk; sweet (1/2 c. cream i s better)
1 each Egg; unbeaten
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Raisins; or currants
1⅓ cup Flour

This should make batter a little thicker than ordinary cake batter.

Make in muffin tins.

Note: Time and temperature not given. Assume hot 400 - 450 F. oven at about 25 minutes.
